The Vayu Warranty:

We at Vayu take pride in all our products. We only deal in brand new genuine products. Each of our products has their own individual warranty periods:

- All Vayu mobile phones come with a 1 year warranty.
- All Vayu accessories come with a 6 month warranty.

When you purchase a product from Vayu you will receive an original invoice and The Vayu Promise Card. The Vayu Promise Card acts as a warranty card and must be kept safely at all times. It will state your date of purchase and specific warranty period and guidelines.

We at Vayu pride ourselves on our Customer Service, always remember, you are now part of the Vayu Family. Therefore if you have any concerns or queries and your warranty period has expired, we invite you to feel free to approach us. We will do our best to help you.
